The Next Generation is a premier all in one digital marketing agency. We provide a large list of services for all types of entrepreneurs, start-ups, small businesses and big businesses. 

We are looking for smart, qualified, unique, ambitious and driven individuals to join our marketing team as an Account Representative.

We want the best and brightest talent in the industry and a professional who understands the value of results-driven customer service. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for all client communications, including taking briefs, conducting brainstorming sessions, communicating results of campaigns and processing complaints or concerns. He or she will also manage the administrative side of our accounts and make outbound sales calls to generate leads. Account reps communicate with existing clients to answer queries and address any problems they may have. They also inform clients about new products or services and work to build profitable long-term business relationships.

Account Representative Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with all current accounts

  • Communicate with clients about campaign direction, deliverabsle and next steps

  • Record all transactions relating to client payments

  • Generate and distribute invoices for services rendered

  • Audit all client files quarterly to ensure accurate record keeping

  • Communicate with the creative, accounting and management departments of the business

  • Monitor company email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients

  • Meet with clients to discuss future projects and campaigns

  • Social media posting and blogging to increase audience and engagement

  • Attend networking events to communicate value to potential clients


Account Representative Skills
 

  • Experience in marketing or sales

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Experience working with business professionals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with inbound marketing best practices

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with working on a team

  • Experience working with all Google platforms

  • Experience with all social media platforms

  • Experience with Adobe Software is a plus


We are a very millennial company and we pride ourselves on our desirable work/life balance concepts. We operate on a 4 day work week and we have our Co-Creators work part time remotely from anywhere they want to work. We reserve Fridays for networking events, team building activities, paid volunteer days and family/leisure time! 

 

Work Business Hours

Monday - Thursday

9am - 5pm

Compensation

All of our co-creators are independent contractors (1099) and work 100% remotely from anywhere in the world. Basically, whatever works for you, works for us as long as you get the job done. As an Account Rep you are responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining positive relationships with current clients. We pay 30% of the profit of every client acquired, plus once the Account Rep acquires the client, they remain the Rep's account for the duration of their contract and the Rep will receive a passive 30% commission of the profit from all of the reoccurring payments and additional projects brought on by the Rep or The Next Generation through various marketing techniques.

We expect our Account Reps to make at least $3k-5k+ /month ($36k-$60k/year).
