You agree that you will pay for all products and services through these online services, and that Enterprise Accelerators, LLC may charge your payment methods for any products and services and for any additional amounts, including any taxes and late fees, as applicable.

 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING ENTERPRISE ACCELERATORS, LLC WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.

 

Your total price will include the price of the product or service plus any applicable tax; such tax is based on the bill-to address and the tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product.

 

Prices for products and services may change at any time, and the services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional pricing.

 

If a product becomes unavailable following a purchase with payment but prior to delivery, your sole remedy is a refund.  If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay in delivery of your product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement or refund of the price for product or service, as determined by Enterprise Accelerators, LLC.

 

Compliance Policy

You will comply with all Terms and Conditions as stated.  You will also comply with all conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA) included in software products.

 

Return Policy

All sales of products and services are final.  No returns will be accepted.

 

Right to Refuse

Enterprise Accelerators reserves the right to refuse sales of products and services to any organization or individual, for no cause, at any time.  If Enterprise Accelerators refuses to provide products or services following a purchase with payment but prior to delivery, your sole remedy is a refund.
